FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER Usama started Botsify working out of his living room stealing hours whenever he could get a chance and made the product from the ground up. During the early days, Usama acted as the sole engineer, designer, business developer, and support for the entire startup. Usama has been a pivotal part of several previous startups and development teams and is the front runner at Botsify. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from FAST NUCES - Karachi, bagging the silver medal and published a paper in IJACS on sentiment analysis on Amazon Reviews along the way.
MUBEEN SADIQ
Technical Product Manager Mubeen has the core responsibilities of testing and keeping bugs at bay - working closely with his fellow developers and makes sure all the chatbots are running smoothly. The quiet one with lots of tech expertise. Has a Master's degree focused on Computer Science from FAST-NU.
Ahmed Hassan
Graphics Designer He is a Creative Designer at Botsify. He is a gym freak and believes that a healthy & fit man lives a productive life. However, his responsibilities at Botsify include; branding, developing illustrations, logos, & other designs using software or by hand, preparing rough drafts & presenting ideas, using the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic, and working with copywriters & the creative director to produce the final design. Besides he is completing his Master in computer science from Iqra University.
Arsalan Ahmed
Digital Marketer I am Arsalan Ahmed working as a digital marketer and have experience in creating a fully automated chatbot. I am currently looking forward for some unique changes in me through Botsify that can bring more change in my professional life and become a good employee to think out of the box. Content Manager She is a Content Manager at Botsify for almost 3 years. She is very passionate about her work and urges to learn new things every day. However, her responsibilities include; writing, editing & proofreading content, managing content across all platforms, including email & social media, tracking web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels, and formulating a cross-platform content strategy. Moreover, she is doing a Master's in English Language from the Virtual University of Pakistan.

SQA Engineer She has completed her Bachelor's in Computer Science From Indus University and was awarded Gold Medal for her academic performance. By Profession She is SQA Engineer, and has 2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance. In Botsify, her responsibility is to ensure the quality of the product. She conduct manual tests to ensure the software created is fit for purpose and issues are removed.

Customer Success Manager Tooba Abid, is a Customer Success Manager at Botsify. She has been working with us for 2 years. She closely work with customers and makes sure that our clients are happy. Our clients love working with Tooba, as she is on top of her toes to provide them with the best solutions whenever they face an issue. She can be best described as extrovert, fun loving and foodie. She's an asset to the team!
