In this article, we will expl\u043ere how artificial intelligence and machine learning can be used to improve customer experience in service industries such as hospitality, healthcare, and finance. To do so, we&#8217;ll start by defining what is meant by &#8216;customer experience&#8217;, then look at the stages involved in providing a good one. We&#8217;ll then discuss how AI can help with each stage and use an example industry to illustrate this point: retail banking.
