Think about the dozens of applications you will be getting through this ad,<\/p>\n<p>?After that screening each one of these,<\/p>\n<p>? Then categorizing eligible and non-eligible applicants for the position,<\/p>\n<p>? At last, selecting one candidate from the eligible ones and keeping records of the rest in case you need them in the future&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"giphy-embed\" src=\"https:\/\/giphy.com\/embed\/LKTTAzGboJGzC\" width=\"480\" height=\"270\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>To ease out these processes a chatbot can help with one major step-candidate pre-screening. Note that pre-screening of the candidates can be done via other tools as well, for example: pre-screening interviews by <a href=\"https:\/\/hireflix.com\/blog\/pre-screening-interview\/\">Hireflix<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Look, I can\u2019t expect my chatbot to hire the perfect candidate for me (not yet, maybe in future, who knows).?<\/p>\n<p>But it can bring everything on one single page for me to scan out and take it from here.<\/p>\n<p>So let\u2019s have a look at the google sheet where my bot-enable form collected data of each application received.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 1269px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i.imgur.com\/eF2EM5e.png\" alt=\"Acquisition And Pre-Screening Process\" width=\"1269\" height=\"788\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Acquisition And Pre-Screening Process<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><b>And here\u2019s what you need to know about chatbot storing the data in google sheets.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>-The arrangement of your form fields will be followed in the sheet as well.
